The honest answer
A VIP table in Las Vegas costs whatever the minimum spend is that night, plus tax and tip. The minimum is set by the venue and moves with three things: who's playing, what night it is, and where the table sits. That's why nobody serious prints a fixed price — it would be wrong by Friday. What we can give you is the shape of it, and then a live number from the venue the moment you tell us the night.
The four levels, room by room
Every room we book has the same four positions, and we price them the same way. Entry is the way in — back of the room, often no view of the booth, but a table and your name at the door. Second is a step up: a tier, a back wall, a side section. Mid is upper dance floor, mezzanine, balcony, skybox — where most groups actually want to be. Best is dance floor, stage, owner's table, front bungalow. What changes between rooms is the ceiling, not the price of getting in — Entry is $500–1,500 almost everywhere, roughly $60–125 a head before tax. Tax, fees and gratuity add about 38%; the all-in number is under every range.

Nightclub ranges are off-season (October – February). Peak season, March – September 2027, runs meaningfully higher across every level — text us to book 2027. Pools price by season, not off-season. Headliner Saturdays, reopening weekends, New Year's, EDC and F1 race week run above every range here — the top rooms have gone to $20,000–50,000 for a front table. Ranges, not quotes: the venue sets and moves minimums daily; we confirm the live number for your date before you commit.
What goes on top
Tax — 8.375%
Clark County sales tax on the whole spend. Non-negotiable, everywhere.
Gratuity — 18–20%
Added automatically at every major room. Your server and busser split it; this is not the place to be clever.
Venue fees
Some Tao Group and MGM rooms add a small entertainment or venue fee to the bill. We tell you when we quote.
Rule of thumb
Take the quoted minimum and add about 38% — that's the out-the-door number. Anything you order past the minimum is the same bottle prices, plus the same tax and tip.
Per person, for real
The math is the same whatever the venue quotes: minimum × 1.38 ÷ heads. One worked example, and it's an example, not a quote — say the venue comes back at $2,000 for your night:

Now compare that with general admission on a headliner night: a ticket each, an hour or two in line, and you still buy every drink at bar prices once you're in. For a group of eight, an entry table is often the same money with a place to sit, a server, and no line. Swap in the number we quote you and the split is yours in ten seconds.
Dayclubs and pools
Daybeds and water couches open in the same territory as an Entry nightclub table — the pool ranges by level are in the four-levels table above. Lower cabanas at the Wynn and Venetian pools are a clear step up; bungalows with a private pool on a headliner Saturday are the most expensive real estate in Vegas nightlife. Cheapest
Sunday through Wednesday, late November through February outside the holidays, and any night with a resident instead of a name. 40–60% under Saturday.
Normal
Friday and Saturday with a residency DJ. The numbers in the table above.
Premium
Headliner Saturdays, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween, EDC Week. Two to three times normal.
Peak
F1 race week and New Year's Eve. Three to five times a normal Saturday, gone weeks ahead.

A mid-floor table with eight friends beats a booth table with three. Spend on people, not geography.

Booking Saturday when Sunday is open
Same room, softer minimum. LIV Sundays and Marquee Mondays are the two everyone should know about.

Which clubs are open which night
Friday and Saturday every room is open and every room is at its most expensive. The rest of the week is where the value is — the same seats, a lower minimum, and a door that isn't a wall.

How much is a VIP table in Las Vegas?
It costs the minimum spend the venue sets for that night, plus tax and 18–20% gratuity. Minimums move with the DJ, the night and the position on the floor, so nobody serious prints a fixed price. Entry tables at the top rooms sit in the low four figures on a normal weekend; booth and dance-floor positions on a headliner night are a different conversation. We quote the live number from the venue and you pay the venue directly, no booking fee.
Is the table minimum a fee?
No. It's a beverage credit — you spend it on bottles at the table. There is no separate table fee at any legitimate Vegas room.
How much is a table per person?
Take the quoted minimum, add about 38% for tax, venue fees and gratuity, and divide by heads. As a worked example only: a $2,000 minimum for eight people lands around $340 each all-in.
Are dayclub cabanas cheaper than nightclub tables?
Entry daybeds start in the same territory as an entry nightclub table. Cabanas and bungalows on a headliner Saturday are the most expensive real estate in Vegas nightlife; weekdays and off-days are a fraction of that. We quote the live number per pool.
When are tables cheapest?
