What a VIP table actually is
A reserved section on the floor — couches, your own server and a security lead — separated from general admission. It comes with entry for your group, which is why the "cover" disappears, and it comes with a minimum: a dollar amount you commit to spend on bottles. The minimum is the whole price. There is no separate table fee at any real room in Vegas.
Where you sit is the difference between a good night and a great one. Dance-floor and booth-adjacent tables cost more because they're where the room is. Back-wall tables are cheaper because they're the back wall. When we quote you, we tell you the position, not just a number.
How the money works
Say the venue quotes a $2,000 minimum. Standard premium bottles are most of that — two or three bottles and mixers. Tax is 8.375%, some Tao Group rooms add a venue fee, and gratuity is 18–20% — usually on the bill automatically. Plan on 35–40% over the quoted minimum and you'll never be surprised. Tip your host separately if he earned it; it's how you get the better table next time.
You pay the venue. Card on file at booking, balance on the night, receipt from the club. We never touch your money and we never add a fee — the venue pays us for bringing you. If a site quotes you a "table fee" or a "VIP package price" above the venue's minimum, that's the markup we don't charge.
When to book
Normal weekends: two or three days out is fine for a table; prime positions two weeks. Sunday to Wednesday runs 40–60% cheaper for the same room. Holiday weekends, EDC Week, F1 race week and New Year's fill two to six weeks ahead and price like concerts.
The eight things to know
Minimums are spend, not a fee
A table minimum is a beverage credit — you spend it on bottles. Tax (8.375%), venue fees at some Tao Group rooms, and 18–20% gratuity stack on top, so plan on roughly 35–40% over the quoted number.
Where the money goes
Standard premium bottles — Grey Goose, Tito's, Don Julio, Casamigos tier — are the bulk of any minimum, and extra bottles past the minimum are the same money. Entry tables at the top rooms on a normal weekend sit in the low four figures; everything above that is position and DJ.
A card on file is universal
Premium rooms commonly take a deposit at booking and charge the balance on the night. Late cancels inside 24–48 hours lose the deposit; no-shows get charged the minimum.
Tables sell out by the week
Normal weekends book 48–72 hours out, prime positions two to four weeks. Holiday weekends, EDC Week, F1 week and New Year's fill two to six weeks ahead.
Guest lists aren't the move
Every club's promoter teams run guest lists, and on a night worth going out the list is a line: early cutoff, guys pay anyway, headliner nights and holidays go ticketed for everyone. We don't run guest lists. We do tables — your name at the VIP door, entry for your group included.
Dress like you mean it
Collared shirt or a fashion top, dress shoes or clean fashion sneakers. No hats, jerseys, athletic wear, shorts or sandals. Wynn is strictest. Pools want actual swimwear.
Sun–Wed is 40–60% cheaper
Same room, same DJs some nights, a fraction of the minimum. If your dates are flexible, tell us.

How much is bottle service in Las Vegas?
