The shape of a good one
Every great Vegas bachelor party has the same skeleton: one big night, one big day, and one night that's allowed to be loose. The mistake is trying to make all three nights the biggest night — by Saturday nobody's standing. Below is the shape we build for most crews of six to ten. The specific rooms, DJs and reservations get picked with you once we know the weekend, because they change with the calendar.
Thursday — land and warm up
Afternoon
Check in, one drink at the hotel bar, and a photographer for an hour before the first dinner if you want the crew shot done sober — Paparazzi does exactly this.
Dinner
A group table booked ahead — Thursday is the night to eat properly. Steak or Italian, 8 PM, near the first room.
Night
An entry or mid-floor table at a room that's good on a Thursday — the ones with real programming that night, at a softer minimum than Saturday. In the room by 11, out by 2. Nobody's a hero on night one.
Numbers
Table: low four figures for the group. Dinner: $80–150 a head. Photographer: from about $200 an hour.
Friday — the big day, then the big night
Day
A dayclub daybed or cabana, in by 1 PM, out by 5. This is where the group photos and the stories come from. Headliner Fridays at the Wynn and Venetian pools sell out; off-headliner days are half the money.
Reset
Back to the rooms by 6. Eat something real. This gap is the difference between a crew that makes it to the second room and one that doesn't.
Night
The main event: a mid-floor table at the biggest room that fits the crew's music. In the door before midnight, the booth in sight, the sparklers when the bottles land. A second late room held for after if the night's going.
Numbers
Daybed or cabana: $1,500–5,000. Main table: $2,000–5,000 on a normal Friday, more on a headliner. All-in, add 35–40% to both.
Saturday — the loose one
Day
Optional. Half the crew will want a pool again; the other half wants the sportsbook, golf or the range. Split up. It's fine.
Dinner
Late and easy. Somewhere with a view or somewhere near the last room.
Night
Either the second big table — Saturday has the biggest headliners — or the hip-hop room and the after-hours. If Friday was the peak, keep Saturday's minimum lower and let it run late instead.
Sunday
Brunch, and the one flight everyone forgot to book late enough. If a Sunday night is on the table, LIV Sunday is the softest way into a top room all week.

How many nights do you need for a Vegas bachelor party?
Two nights is the standard and three is the sweet spot: one night to arrive and get the first table in, one full day-to-night, and one to recover or go again. Four starts to hurt.
How much does a Las Vegas bachelor party cost per person?
For a crew of eight doing two club tables and one dayclub over three nights, plan on roughly $600–1,000 a head for the tables and pool all-in, before rooms, dinners and flights. Our table cost guide has the math.
What's the best night of the week to be in Vegas?
Friday and Saturday have the headliners. Thursday-to-Saturday gets you one soft night and two big ones; Friday-to-Sunday gets you LIV Sunday at a softer minimum.
Do you need a table?
For a group of six or more on a weekend, yes. Guest lists turn into lines and cutoffs; general admission means paying at the door and standing all night. A table is the door, a place to sit and a server.
How far ahead should we book?
Normal weekends, two weeks. Holiday weekends, EDC Week, F1 and New Year's, four to six weeks. The dayclub cabana on a headliner Saturday goes first.
